(33) Relief valve One-Way / Two Pump with electronic control is designed to allow complete electronic control over the work tool. This hydraulic system allows the operator to control a work tool with a one-way flow system from two pumps.One-Way Flow from Two Pumps
One-way flow from two pumps can be achieved by selecting a work tool that requires one-way flow from two pumps. The work tool can be selected through the monitor or by the work tool select switch. A typical example is a hammer that receives oil from two pumps. This operation allows oil to flow directly to the oil cooler from the work tool. (33) Relief valve The following description is made under the assumption that the front pump and rear pump are supplying oil to the work tool.When the device for activation listed in Table 1 is pressed, flow combiner PHMV (24) is activated by the machine ECM. Flow combiner spool then shifts to the open position allowing the rear pump and front pump to combine for two pump flow to the work tool. The ACS valve ECM activates ATT Right P-C PHMV (10) and ATT Left C-T PHMV (13) simultaneously. ATT Right P-C PHMV (10) shifts up to block the pilot oil flow, allowing the ATT Right P-C spool to shift up. ATT Right P-C spool shifts, allowing high-pressure oil from both pumps to flow to the work tool.
