Installation depth is 2.8 0.5 mm (0.11 0.02 inch).
11 5 2J-3118 Locking Bolt Tighten the bolt in a numerical sequence 1, 3, 4, 5, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 1 as shown in the Illustration 4 to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Refer to the following procedure when any bolt is loosened for service:
1. Remove the bolt.
2. Clean bolt with a wire brush.
3. Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads before assembly.
A new bolt with a previously applied thread lock is acceptable for use.
4. Tighten bolt to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

Thickness is 4.00 0.25 mm (0.157 0.009 inch).
13 1 197-4971 Stub Shaft Lubricate the gear journals, bearing bores and thrust faces with engine oil.

Outside diameter of the 130-4698 Bushing is 56.030 0.013 mm (2.2059 0.0005 inch).
Thickness of the bushing is 2.500 0.013 mm (0.0984 0.0005 inch).
Installation depth is 2.5 0.5 mm (0.09 0.02 inch).
15 1 151-5966 Stub Shaft As Lubricate the gear journals, bearing bores and thrust faces with engine oil.
Diameter is 50.800 0.013 mm (2.0000 0.0005 inch).
Extension of 6I-3623 Dowel is 4.5 0.5 mm (0.18 0.02 inch).
