Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.
Release all pressure from the braking system. Refer to Systems Operation Testing and Adjusting, "Braking System Pressure Release" for the machine that is being serviced.

View of the accumulator charging lines group (1) 4S-6680 Connector (2) 0DE3852 Hose As (3) 162-1576 Accumulator Charging Valve (4) 0DE3780 Hose As (5) 8K-3520 O-Ring Tee (6A) 1T-0822 Bolt (6B) 1T-0822 Bolt
Remove 0DE3852 Hose As (2). Discard 0DE3852 Hose As (2) .
Remove 4S-6680 Connector (1) from the relief valve manifold. Discard 4S-6680 Connector (1) .
Remove 0DE3780 Hose As (4). Discard 0DE3780 Hose As (4) .
Remove 8K-3520 O-Ring Tee (5) from 162-1576 Accumulator Charging Valve (3). Discard 8K-3520 O-Ring Tee (5) .
Remove 1T-0822 Bolts (6A) and (6B) then move 162-1576 Accumulator Charging Valve (3) away from the crossbeam.

View of the crossbeam (A) Increase existing hole size to 48 mm (1.9 inch)
Modify the crossbeam. Refer illustration 2.

Position 162-1576 Accumulator Charging Valve (3) on the crossbeam using 1T-0822 Bolt (6A) .
Install new 1DE3483 O-Ring Tee (12) and 7M-8485 O-Ring Seal (8) into the 162-1576 Accumulator Charging Valve (3) .
Install 1T-0822 Bolt (6B) to fully secure 162-1576 Accumulator Charging Valve (3) .Note: 1DE3483 O-Ring Tee (12) retaining nut needs to be orientated in the correct position to install 1T-0822 Bolt (6B) .
Install 030-7935 Connector (7) and 7M-8485 O-Ring Seal (8) into the relief valve manifold.
Install 0DE5374 Hose As (9) between 030-7935 Connector (7) and 1DE3483 O-Ring Tee (12) .
Install 0DE5375 Hose As (10) and 4J-0520 O-Ring Seal (13) between 9T-7465 Gear Pump (11) and 1DE3483 O-Ring Tee (12) .
Purge the air from the braking system. Refer to Systems Operation Testing and Adjusting, "Braking System Air - Purge" for the machine that is being serviced.
