Group 1 - There are 3 motor settings thatneed to be adjusted.
Wrong cut-off pressure: The pump pressure at whichthe motor goes to maximum stroke is set at 16,000 kPa (2320 PSI) insteadof 26,000 kPa (3,770 PSI).
Wrong minimum motor stroke from mechanical stopperis 57 cm3/rev instead of 40 cm3/rev.
Wrong control pressure: The pilot pressure forthe motor at which the motor stroke regulation starts is 1,000 kPa (145PSI) instead of 550 kPa (80 PSI).
Adjustment Procedure
Increase the cut-off pressure by 10,000 kPa (1450PSI) by exactly turning the setting screw ¾ of revolution (clockwise).Tighten the locknut to a torque of 11 Nm.
Decrease the minimum motor stroke by 17 cm3/reby turning the setting screw 3.5 revolutions counterclockwise. Tightenthe locknut to a torque of 70 Nm.
Decrease the pilot pressure initial stroke regulationby 450 kPa (65 PSI) by turning the setting screw exactly 0.5 revolutionsclockwise. Tighten the locknut to a torque of 11 Nm.
Instrumentation
Replace MA5 plug by 6V-4433 Nipple and installpressure gauge 0?4,000 kPa (580 PSI) at MA5 on pilot manifold. It is theregulated pilot pressure sent to the motor for stroke control.
Install pressure gauge 0-40,000 kPa (5,800 PSI)at M1 port on motor. It is the motor internal pressure that controls themotor stroke.
Connect Electronic technician through data linkand go into power-train controller to overwrite menu. And select overwriteof "Travel motor swash plate angle limit current solenoid"; it willforce MA5 pilot pressure.
Display main pump pressure on the monitor. Accesspath is "Password menu"/ "ECM SUMMARY"/ "Switch Status"/ "Status"/ "2(Drive pump delivery pressure)".
Verification
Warm up the machine until 3-4 LED?s are lit upat the monitor.
Cut off pressure check:
Raise on stabilizers / Select gear 2 / Creeperswitch of / Engine Dial speed 1 / Foot Brake pedal 80%* (just beforelocking) / Overwrite ET parameter "Travel motor swash plate angle limitcurrent solenoid" to 1 Amp.Slowly increase pump pressure by slow pushon acc pedal; the high pressure gauge M1 show about 50% of pump pressuredisplayed on the monitor.When 26,000 + 1,500 kPa (3,770 +220 PSI) main pump pressure is reached on the monitor, the high pressuregauge M1 should suddenly drop by more than half of is value.
