1. Mark the hoses for identification during installation.2. Disconnect hoses (2) and (7) from vibrator drive pump (4), and cap or plug all openings immediately.3. Disconnect hoses (1), (5) and (6) from auxiliary pump (3), and cap or plug all openings immediately. 4. Attach a hoist to the auxiliary pump. Remove the two mounting bolts, and remove vibrator drive pump (4) and auxiliary pump (3) as a unit from the pump drive gearbox. The weight of the vibrator drive pump and auxiliary pump unit is 25 kg (54 lb.). 5. Remove O-ring seal (9) from the auxiliary pump.6. Remove two bolts (10), and remove vibrator drive pump (4) and O-ring seal (8) from auxiliary pump (3). The following steps are for installation of the auxiliary pump.7. Inspect the vibrator drive pump and auxiliary pump for damage. Inspect all lines, hoses, fittings and clamps for burrs or damage. Make sure the hydraulic oil tank level is high enough to prevent air from entering the hydraulic system.8. Install O-ring seal (8) on vibrator drive pump (4). Position the vibrator drive pump on auxiliary pump (3), and install two bolts (10).9. Position auxiliary pump (3) so that case drain port (11) is on the side. Remove the plug, and fill the pump case with clean Automatic Transmission Fluid, Type F. Install the plug in case drain port (11).10. Install O-ring seal (9) on the auxiliary pump. Use a hoist to position auxiliary pump (3) and vibrator drive pump (4) on the pump drive gearbox, and install the two mounting bolts.11. Connect hoses (1), (5) and (6) to auxiliary pump (3).12. Connect hoses (2) and (7) to vibrator drive pump (4).13. Install the conveyor drive pumps. See the topic, Remove And Install Conveyor Drive Pumps in this module.14. Loosen hose (1) (auxiliary pump outlet). Turn the engine with the starter until air-free hydraulic oil flows from the connection. Tighten hose (1).
