Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install backup ring (26) and O-ring seal (27) to the retainer. Install the retainer in the valve assembly.
Install O-ring seal (29) and backup ring (30).
If locknut (34) was loosened, install O-ring seal (32) to the adjustment screw. Install the adjustment screw and tighten locknut (34) to a torque of 44 10 N m (32 7 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (31) to cap (33). Install cap (33). Tighten cap (33) to a torque of 80 10 N m (59 7 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (28).

Install relief valve (25) to main control valve (1). Tighten relief valve (25) to a torque of 325 40 N m (240 30 lb ft).

Assemble relief valve (15).

If locknut (24) was loosened, install O-ring seal (22) to the adjustment screw. Install the adjustment screw and tighten locknut (24) to a torque of 33 5 N m (24 4 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (21) to cap (23). Install cap (23). Tighten cap (23) to a torque of 80 10 N m (59 7 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (18).

Install relief valve (15) to main control valve (1). Tighten relief valve (25) to a torque of 325 40 N m (240 30 lb ft).

Assemble relief valve (5).

Install O-ring seal (11) to cap (13). Install cap (13). Tighten cap (13) to a torque of 80 10 N m (59 7 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (8).

Install O-ring seals (3) to pressure reducing valve (2).

Install pressure reducing valve (2) to main control valve (1). Tighten pressure reducing valve (2) to a torque of 13 2 N m (115 18 lb in). End By:
Install the main control valve.
