Remove the Bucket.
Remove the tilt cylinders.
Remove the bucket lever and the link.

Attach a suitable lifting device to lift cylinder (4). The weight of lift cylinder (4) is approximately 286 kg (630 lb).
Remove bolt (2). Use Tooling (A) to remove pin assembly (3). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). The combined weight of Tooling (A) and pin assembly (3) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb). Remove pin assembly (3). Lower the lift cylinder (4) onto Tooling (B).
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the opposite side.

Remove bolt (7). Use Tooling (C) to remove pin assembly (8). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (C). The combined weight of Tooling (C) and pin assembly (8) is approximately 64 kg (140 lb). Remove pin assembly (8) and washers (6). Repeat for opposite side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to lift arm assembly (5). The weight of lift arm assembly (5) is approximately 1905 kg (4200 lb). Position lift arm assembly (5). Apply Tooling (D) to the surface of pin assembly (8). Install pin assembly (8), washers (6), and bolt (7). Repeat for the opposite side.Note: Install washers (6) until a maximum clearance of 1.80 mm (0.071 inch) is achieved between the lift arm assembly (5) and the frame.
