Procedure to Replace the Fuse Block Assembly
Turn off the battery disconnect switch. The battery disconnect switch is located inside the service door at the left front part of the machine.

The fuse base assembly is located behind the drivers seat. Remove the cab cover group to gain access to the existing fuse base assembly.
Remove all the connectors and harnesses and detach the fuse base assembly.
Attach the new fuse base assembly and install the fuses and relays from the former fuse base assembly into the new fuse base assembly.Note: Install the relay straight. Do not twist or turn the relay.

Connect the connectors on the back side of the fuse base.
Attach the harnesses on the terminal block and tighten with 095-0742 Screws and 9X-8256 Washers to a torque of 3.5 0.5 N m (31 4 lb in)
Attach the fuse base and tighten with four 9X-2046 Screws to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 8.9 lb in)

(2) Cab cover group (3) 128-2136 Screw (4) 128-2135 Screw
Attach the cover and tighten with the five 128-2136 Screws and 128-2135 Screws to a torque of 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in)Note: There are two different screws. The longer 128-2136 Screws are used in three places in the upper part and the shorter 128-2135 Screws are used in the lower part.
Turn on the battery disconnect switch.
