Hammer Mode (U2 Mode)
The hydraulic hammer is operated in the single action hydraulic attachment circuit. Both the main controller and the auxiliary hydraulic controller are used during hammer operation. The main controller is used to select the hammer mode. The hammer mode is selected by pressing the user mode switch on the main controller. The auxiliary hydraulic controller activates automatically when the hammer switch is depressed on the joystick. The hammer mode on the main controller is used to disable the AEC mode. The hammer mode should be programmed for the maximum power of the machine. This prevents the main controller from interfering with the auxiliary hydraulic controller.The auxiliary hydraulic controller provides constant flow regulation of the hydraulic hammer. Constant flow regulation is provided through use of the modified negative flow control signal.
