Attach. (1-Rework Procedure)Rework Procedure
Remove PTO adapter or pulley if applicable.
Remove Damper.
Remove V-belt (if applicable)
Remove trunion and front support from C-9.
Remove crank pulley.
Verify that seal is pressed between 2mm and 4mm.If not,
a. Remove seal.i. To remove seal, cock to one side thenpull forward.b. Install new seal using the installation tool.
Reinstall crank pulley. Torque with star pattern.
Reinstall trunion and front support if applicable.
Reinstall V-belt (if applicable).
Reinstall damper (if applicable). Torque withstar pattern, and retorque in sequential order.
Reinstall damper pulley (PTO).
