This switch is a three-position switch. This switch has a lock in the HOLD position. In order to move the switch, you must lift the switch handle.In order to raise the screed, move the switch forward to the RAISE position (1) .In order to hold the screed in position, move the switch to the center position or the HOLD position (2). The HOLD position will hold the screed in any desired position. In order to lower the screed, move the switch rearward to the LOWER position (3) .In order to pave, the switch must be set to the LOWER position (3). Move the switch to the LOWER position in order to allow the screed to float.
