Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (29). The weight of hydraulic tank (29) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb). Position mounts (31) and install bolts (30) on to hydraulic tank (29).

Install plate (28). Repeat for opposite side.

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Install plug (27). Tighten plug (27) to a torque of 68 7 N m (50 5 lb ft).
Install seal (26), valve (25), spring (24), and guide (23).

Install drain (22) and nuts (21) and the washers.

Install tube assembly (20).

Install screen (17), plate (18), and nut (19). Tighten nut (19) to a torque of 20 1 N m (177 9 lb in).

Install sensor (6) and gage (5). Tighten the bolts for gage (7) to a torque of 10 1 N m (89 9 lb in). Tighten sensor (6) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
