Remove the hammer (C) from the window frame.
Removed the existing window from the machine.

(A) Seal corner (45° angle)
(B) Seal corner (45° angle)
Install the door seal (7) as shown in Illustration 3. Begin in one corner (A) and install the seal around the top of the frame to the opposite corner (B). Cut corners to a 45° angle. Install remaining length of seal (7) to bottom of frame. Cut the seal at each corner to a 45° angle, making sure that corners (A) and (B) fit as tightly as possible.

Using two screws (5) attach plate assembly (12) to door window group (9). Using two screws (5) attach plate assembly (11) to door window group (9)

Using six screws (5) hand tighten two hinge assemblies (10) to door window group (9).

Using four bolts (3) and four washers (2), secure two hinges assemblies (10) to the door window group (9). Tighten six screws installed in Step 6

Using an appropriate lifting devise position the door window group (9) so that the hinge assemblies (10) align with the threaded inserts (C).

Using six screws (4) secure the door window group (9) to the door frame.

Using two Screws (6) and three washers (1), attach the latch assembly to the right-hand window frame. Be sure that the connector ring from the lanyard on the latch assembly is between the washer (1) and the bracket.

Clean all dirt and debris from the right-hand rear cab pillar. Attach the film (8) to the right-hand rear cab pillar near the window latch.

Using retained hardware and mirror install right-hand side mirror.
