Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision component. Perform assembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fuel tank (11). The weight of fuel tank (11) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb). Position fuel tank (11) and install the mounting bolts.

Install hose assembly (9) and harness assembly (10) onto fuel tank (11).

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to the front of bumper assembly (7), as shown. Repeat for the opposite side. The weight of bumper assembly is approximately 5443 kg (12000 lb).
Position Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to the rear of bumper assembly (7) through the hole at location (X), as shown.
Position bumper assembly (7) onto the machine and install bolts (8).

Connect hose assemblies (5) and harness assembly (6).

Attach a suitable lifting device to step assembly (3). The weight of step assembly (3) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install step assembly (3).
