An additional 2.0 hours is allowed for an After Failure Repair that implies cleaning oil from the machine and replacing the diagnostic 2541255/">254-1255 Hose Assembly. Up to $250 US dollars can be claimed for hydraulic oil refill.

Rework Procedure
1. Remove both 328-5092 and 328-5095 Covers which are located to the rear of the machine. Refer to Image1.1.1.
If the machine is already equipped with a winch or a ripper, this Rework Procedure can be performed from underneath the machine after removing the rear bottom guards. The combined weight of rear bottom guards is approximately 60 kg (132 lb).

2. Locate the 199-6417 Elbow (90 degree) which is fitted to the implement pump. Refer to Image1.2.1. Locate the diagnostic hydraulic 2541255/">254-1255 Hose Assembly that is connected to the 90 degree elbow. Inspect the hose for any signs of rubbing and leaks. Check the clearance with the 355-3528 Hydrostatic Line. If the clearance is deemed insufficient, proceed to Step 3.

3. Disconnect the hydraulic 2541255/">254-1255 Hose Assembly that is fitted to the 199-6417 Elbow (90 degree). Replace the 357-4368 Straight Adapter by the 8T-7546 Adapter (45 degree). Use new 3J-7354 and 6V-8397 O-Ring Seals. Tighten to a specified torque of 30 +/- 5 N.m. (22.1 +/- 3.7 lb.in).
4. Reconnect the hydraulic 2541255/">254-1255 Hose Assembly. Orientate the 45 degree adapter to avoid rubbing the 355-3528 Hydrostatic Line. Refer to Image1.4.1. Tighten to a specified torque of 45 +/- 5 N.m. (33.2 +/- 3.7 lb.ft).

5. Refill with hydraulic oil, as necessary.
6. Warm up the machine hydraulic system and check for leaks.
7. Reinstall the 328-5092 and 328-5095 Rear Covers.
