Install the new 155-4923 Bracket (66) by reusing bolt and washer (B) .
Install one new 4V-5091 Grommet (57b) into the hole in bracket (66) .
Install new cab temperature sensor (61h) into grommet (57b). Refer to Illustrations 38 and 50. The cab temperature sensor is wired with the following wire identification numbers and wire colors:

C580-Yellow-18
Connect wiring harness two pin electrical connector (61i) to the two pin electrical connector for the blower motor. Refer to Illustrations 38 and 50. Connector (61j) is wired with the following wire identification numbers and wire colors:
585-Brown-16
C586-Grey-16Note: The wire size of the blower motor wiring harness is 14 gauge, and the wire size of two pin electrical connector 61i is 16 gauge.
Install new cable straps (65) in order to secure the wire harness.

Install case assembly (30) .
Install four bolts (31) and washers.

Install upper air duct (27). Reposition two rubber gaskets (26) on each side of air duct (27). Install bolt (28) and the washer.

Place plate (24) into the proper position.
Install two bolts (22) and washers and install two bolts (23) and washers.

Open the valves on the heater hoses.
Turn the engine start switch to the ON position.
Ensure that the actuators are functioning properly. Set the 217-2317 Heat and Air Conditioner Control Gp to several A/C functions in order to cycle the actuators.
Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position.Install The Storage Box and The Covers (Cab)

Position box assembly (19) in order to install hose (21). Connect hose (21). Tighten hose clamp (20). Install box assembly (19) .

Install the washers and four bolts (9). Position bracket (14). Install the washers, the nuts, and two bolts (17). Install fresh air duct (13). Tighten two hose clamps (10) .
Feed wire harness (18) through the box assembly. Feed wire harness (12) through the box assembly. Install grommet (16). Connect relay (15) to wire harness (12). Reposition relay (15). Install the washer and bolt (11) .
Write 220-0171 Air Conditioner Group on the 8C-3756 Film (AA). Place the 8C-3756 Film (AA) on the center of the assembly for identifying the updated system.

Install cover (8). Install plates and two screws (7) .

Install the filter and screen (6). Install two screws (5) .

Reposition cover (4). Install four screws (2). Connect two wires to 12 V socket (3), if the socket exists. Close the storage box.
