Installation Procedure
Note: Thoroughly clean the mounting surfaces of the cylinder and of the quick-drop valve prior to installation.
Check the condition of the O-ring seals on the ends of the hose assemblies. If any O-ring seals are damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install quick-drop valve (7) and bolts (8). The torque for the bolts is 215 40 N m (160 30 lb ft).
Connect hose assemblies (6) and tube assembly (9) to quick-drop valve (7) .

Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings to guard assembly (4) .
Install the lights and guard assembly (4). Install bolts (5) .

Connect wiring harness (1) to lights (2) and to horn (3) .End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
