Dealers are having a difficult time in ordering a replacement variable consist wire harness. Each harness is unique to that specific engine configuration. The harness can not be ordered from the parts ordering system.All requests should be placed as an Engine Order Management Process EOMP Internet Sales Application ISA Design to Order DSO quote. The ISA DTO quote requires the engine serial number associated with the wire harness request in the DTO Communications Box of the ISA DTO quote. Creating a ISA DTO quote, an Application Support Center ASC inquiry will be created and linked to this quote. Once the requested quote is processed by the ASC, the dealer can place an order against that quote for the wiring harness replacement. The EOMP tools are located at http://ISA.CAT.COM.
