Loosen the track. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".

Use Tooling (A) in order to lift the machine approximately 152 mm (6 inch). Position suitable cribbing under the machine.
Lower the machine onto the suitable cribbing.

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B) and position Tooling (B).
Remove bolts (2) from each end of track roller (1) and remove track roller (1). The weight of track roller (1) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Note: For further information concerning the disassembly and assembly of the track roller, refer to Undercarriage Reconditioning Guide, SEBF8599.
