The controls for the TA19-M4WD and the operation of the TA19-M4WD will be controlled within the operator cab of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The main harness assembly (1) will connect with the transmission control harness from the cab.Overweight and Ballast Protection (OWBP)
OWBP is a software feature designed to reduce possible driveline damage in the event the machine is overweight or improperly ballasted. In select gears, OWBP automatically becomes active and will request the engine to limit the maximum output torque. This action protects the driveline components from excessive loading that could lead to reduced component life.Engine Stall Protection (ESP)
ESP is a software feature designed to reduce the occurrence of engine stall and time spent below low idle. This action occurs when the machine is operating under heavy loading conditions which can be damaging to the drivetrain. If an engine underspeed condition is detected, ESP acts to neutralize the driveline. ESP requires the engine speed to recover to low idle before allowing the operator to shift out of neutral. In the event of an underspeed event the operator should perform the following procedure.
place the shift lever in Neutral
decrease the load or increase throttle
then move the shift lever to the desired directionTo reduce the occurrence of underspeed events a lower gear, or higher engine speed, can be selected by the operator.5F to 3F Skip Shift
Under medium to high loading conditions the transmission may perform a skip shift. This skip shift may occur from 5F to 3F when a 5F to 4F shift is requested by the operator. The behavior design to maintain drawbar load acceptance capability by eliminating the high transmission induced engine loading that results from performing a 5-4F shift.Transmission System

Oil that is supplied to the transmission hydraulic control system is delivered into the modulating valves and into the relief valve. When the modulating valves are energized, oil flows to the transmission clutches. When the modulating valves are de-energized, oil flows from the valve to the common sump. The main relief valve regulates the pressure in the transmission hydraulic control system to a maximum pressure of 2482 kPa (360 psi).Excess oil flows from the main relief valve to the transmission oil cooler. The cooler bypass valve will open if the pressure reaches 520 kPa (75 psi) at the input side of the transmission oil cooler. Normally, the cooler bypass valve will
