Install adapter (6) and the nut to gear motor (5). Tighten the nut to a torque of 40 5 N m (30 4 lb ft).

Install gear motor (5) and the bolts.

Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (4). Install fan assembly (3) and bolts (4) .

Install brace assembly (1) and bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 30 7 N m (266 62 lb in).End By: Install the radiator, aftercooler, and hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "radiator, aftercooler, and hydraulic oil cooler - Remove and Install".
