Start the engine. Operate the engine at low idle.
Mark the rods for the two load cylinders at the base of the rods. Mark the rods as the rods enter the cylinders.
Turn on the suspension ride.
Allow load cylinders (3) to extend to the appropriate position for the suspension ride. Measure the extension of load cylinder rods (4). The measurement should be 89 mm (3.5 inch).
Turn off the suspension ride.

In order to adjust the length of rod assembly (9), loosen locknut (8) on the rod assembly. Remove pin (10) from yoke assembly (7). Turn the yoke assembly in order to adjust the length of the rod assembly. Line up the holes in the yoke assembly so that the pin can be installed.Note: Make sure that rod assembly (9) does not turn while you adjust yoke assembly (7) .
Install pin (10) back into the yoke assembly. Install the cotter pin into the pin and tighten the locknut (8) .Note: Make sure that rod assembly (9) does not turn while you tighten locknut (8) .
Repeat Steps 3 through 7 until you attain the proper length for the extension of load cylinder rods (4) .
