Disconnect harness assemblies (2) and (3).

Disconnect cable assembly (4). Remove clip (5).

Attach a suitable lifting device to support assembly (7). The weight of support assembly (7) is approximately 318 kg (700 lb). Remove bolts (8) from both sides of support assembly (7).
Remove support assembly (7).

Disconnect hose assembly (9), hose (10), and hose assemblies (11).

Attach a suitable lifting device to CEM (13). Remove bolts (14) and CEM (13).

Disconnect hose assembly (15).

Disconnect hoses (17), (18), and (19).

Disconnect hose (20) and hose assembly (22). Remove clip (21).

Use Tooling (A) to support the power pack, as shown.

The Support Group, Engine & Transmission, and all power pack assembled components must be thoroughly inspected for loose connections, damage, and defects prior to lift.Attach a suitable lifting device to engine (23). The weight of engine (23) is approximately 1270 kg (2800 lb). Remove bolts (24) from both sides of engine (23). Remove engine (23).

Position engine (23) onto Tooling (B).Installation Procedure
Install engine (23) in the revere order of removal.
