Remove the electronic unit injector.

Remove bolts (1) and bracket (2). Disconnect harness assembly (3).
Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure.Spring force will be released when covers are removed.Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.

Remove tube assemblies (4). Remove bolts (5) evenly and remove valve mechanism cover base (6).
Remove seal (7), spacers (8), and the O-ring seals from valve mechanism base (6).

Remove washer (10), spring (11), and pushrod (9). Installation Procedure
Install valve mechanism cover base (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (5).
Apply clean unused engine oil to the O-ring seals. End By:
Install the electronic unit injectors.
