Install the O-ring seal and install elbow (22).

Install suction tube (21) through the oil screen access hole. Take care to ensure the suction end of suction tube (21) is oriented downward. Install clamps (20) hand-tight.

Apply Tooling (A) to the oil screen access hole. Install oil housing (17). Lubricate O-ring seals (19), (18), and (16) with Tooling (A). Note: Failure to tighten bolts (12) and (14) in order can cause damage to oil housing (17).
Position collar (13) and install bolts (12). Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft). Position collar (15) and install bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (20).

Install suction screen (11). Install O-ring seal (8) to cover (9) and install bolts (10).

Install O-ring seal (5) to cover (6) and install bolts (4). Install gasket (7) to plug (3) and install plug (3) to cover (6).

Install the gasket and install engine oil level gauge (1). Install bolts (2). End By:
Install the engine oil pan.
