Install the O-ring seal and ring (25) to outlet plate (24).
Install the O-ring seal and the ring seal to outlet plate (24).

Install two seal retainers (24) and the two O-ring seals to outlet plate (23).

Install flexplate (22) to outlet plate (23). Install flexplate (22).

Install inserts (20) to vanes (21).Note: Vanes (21) must be installed correctly for proper operation.
Install vanes (21) to rotor (19). Install the vanes with the leading edge at the outside diameter and in the same direction as the rotation of the rotor.

Install ring (18) and rotor (19). The arrow on the chamfer of ring (18) must be in the same direction as the rotation of rotor (19).

Install flexplate (17) with the bronze side towards the rotor.

Install two seal retainers (16) and the two O-ring seals to inlet plate (15).

Install inlet plate (15).
Install two screws (12) in the holes nearest the arrows that are in the same direction as the arrow on the ring. Tighten two screws (12) to a torque of 12 0.5 N m (106 4 lb in).

Install seal ring (14) to cover (11).

Install cover (11) and the cartridge assembly.
Install four bolts (10). Tighten four bolts (10) to a torque of 359 4 N m (265 3 lb ft).

Install the O-ring seals to adapter (4) and plate (6).
Install ring (5) and two pins (7) to adapter (4).
Install plate (6) and rotor (8) to ring (5).

Install cover (2) and spring (3).

Install pilot oil pump (1).
Install the four bolts that hold pilot oil pump (1). Tighten the four bolts to a torque of 55 7 N m (40 5 lb ft).End By:
