The improved 288-5625 Air Conditioner Lines Gp contains one new 2H-3924 Lockwasher (3) and one new 5P-4107 Lockwasher (9) .The improved 288-5625 Air Conditioner Lines Gp is adaptable to machines SPD1-617, and SHH1-319. The improved air conditioner lines group became effective in production with machines SPD618-UP, and SHH320-UP.Update Procedure
Use the following procedure to update the air conditioner lines group to include the two new lockwashers.

Connect the 353-6094 Hose As (1) to the 7K-3176 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (2). Tighten the 7K-3176 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (2) to 49 1 N m (36 1 lb ft).
Add 2H-3924 Lockwasher (3) between 7K-3304 Jam Nut (4) and 7K-3176 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (2). Tighten the 7K-3304 Jam Nut (4) to 72 15 N m (53 11 lb ft).
Connect the 374-2628 Hose As (6) to the 5P-3948 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (5). Tighten the 5P-3948 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (5) to 49 1 N m (36 1 lb ft).
Connect the 353-6095 Hose As (7) to the 5P-3928 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (8). Tighten the 5P-3928 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (8) to 62 1 N m (46 1 lb ft).
Add 5P-4107 Lockwasher (9) between 5P-4106 Nut (10) and 5P-3928 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (8). Tighten the 5P-4106 Nut (10) to 149 30 N m (110 22 lb ft).
Connect the 356-2864 Hose As (12) to the 5P-3929 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (11). Tighten the 5P-3929 Refrigerant Coupling Assembly (11) to 62 1 N m (46 1 lb ft).
