Check the condition of seal (8) on the pivot shaft. If necessary, replace seal (8). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pivot Shaft - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.

Lower the temperature of bearings (6) and (7). Install bearings (6) and (7) in track roller frame (5). Bearing (6) is not visible.
Install Tooling (C) on track roller frame (5) and the front idler. Support the track roller frame assembly with a hoist. Note: Lubricate all the pins, the bushings and the bearings with 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease for the reassembly.

Support the track roller frame assembly so that the idler end of the assembly is higher than the pivot end.
Position track roller frame (5) on the pinion shaft and equalizer bar (1).

Install the three bolts and plate (4) on the pinion shaft.

Install the bolt and pin (2) in equalizer bar (1). Remove Tooling (C).

Install cover (3). Remove plug (8) and fill the pivot shaft cavity to the correct level with lubricant. Refer to Operation And Maintenance Manual for further information.
Install plug (8). End By:
Install the tracks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Assemble" for the machine that is being serviced.
