There have been issues when the fuel injection pump has been replaced. The torque of the studs and nuts have not been tightened to the correct torque. This has caused the fuel injection pump to move. The movement of the fuel injection pump affects the performance of the engine.The Disassembly and Assembly manual has been updated with a new procedure.The studs that secure the fuel injection pump to the front housing must be tightened to the correct torque. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Housing (Front) - Install" for the correct procedure.To install the fuel injection pump refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Injection Pump - Install" for the correct procedure.
