Locate valve group (1). Loosen bolts (B) on one split flange (A). Remove the other split flange (not shown). Note: Make sure that valve group O-ring seal is in place.

Install valve group (1) on spray bar (C). Reinstall split flanges (A). Do not tighten the mounting bolts.

Rotate valve group (1) on spray bar (C) in order to obtain the desired direction for water spray. Tighten the mounting bolts on both flanges to a torque of 55 10 N m (40.56580 7.37560 lb ft). Note: Orient the spray heads as shown with each spray head angled 20 degrees away from the center line.

Repeat the previous steps for the remaining spray heads on the rear spray bar.

Install valve group (1) on front spray bar (D). Reinstall split flanges (A). Do not tighten the mounting bolts. Note: Two spray heads can be installed on the front of the truck. The spray head on the left side of the truck is shown above.
Rotate valve group (1) on spray bar (D) in order to obtain the desired direction for water spray. Tighten the mounting bolts.
Repeat the previous steps for the remaining spray head on the opposite side of the water tank.
