Description of Change: The cable assembly that connects the pedal assembly with the governor has been improved. The manufacturing process now includes a larger reamer. This will ensure that the cable does not stick after the cable has been heated and then cooled. There is more space between the inner cable sheath and the outer cable sheath. The inner cable sheath was changed to a "pull-only type". This allows the additional space between the inner cable sheath and the outer cable sheath. This will also reduce the drag on the cable and this will increase the operating efficiency of the cable assembly.Adaptable To: The 221-3133 Cable As has been improved. The improved cable assembly can be used on all machines in the listed ranges. The new cable became available through the parts distribution system on 1July 2005.
