Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the V-Belt. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "V-Belts - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.

Make temporary mark on fan (2) in order to shown orientation of the fan for installation purposes.
Remove bolts (1) from fan (2).
Remove fan (2).
Remove spacer (5) and pulley (4) from water pump (3). Installation Procedure
Ensure that all components are clean and free from damage. Replace any components that are worn or damaged.

Position pulley (4) and spacer (5) onto water pump (3). Ensure the bolt holes in the pulley and the bolt holes in the spacer are aligned.
Position fan (2) onto spacer (5). Ensure the correct orientation of the fan.
Install bolts (1) hand tight.
Use a suitable tool in order to prevent fan (2) from rotating as bolts (1) are tightened. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 11 N m (97 lb in). End By:
Install the V-Belt. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "V-Belts - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
