Connect anti-pivot link to the main frames of the machine before the machine is lifted.
1. Put two 50 ton screw jacks (1) in position as shown. Put wood blocks behind the rear wheels. Lift the front of the machine approximately 29 in. (73.7 cm). Fasten a hoist to the wheel and cables. 2. Remove nuts (3) from the wheel. Remove wheel (2) from the wheel brake group. Weight of wheel is 4100 lb. (1845 kg).Install Wheels (825C)
1. Fasten cables and a hoist to the wheel (1) and put it in position on the wheel brake group. Make sure when the wheel is installed that the chevron pattern (leading edge) of the tip assemblies are toward the bulldozer. See mounting instructions on the wheel tag. 2. Install the nuts (2) that hold the wheel to the brake group. Tighten these nuts to a torque of 350 37 lb.ft. (475 50 N m).3. Lower the machine to the ground.
