Information:

When cutting in dusty conditions such as concrete, use a safety element and precleaner on the air filter assembly. Failure to do so will cause premature engine wear and possible failure.
Hardface tool holders and flighting before cutting at high speed or chasing cracks. This will prevent accelerated wear of tool holders and/or flighting.
Know and observe all your job site safety rules and regulations. Activate rotating light. If necessary, activate working lights. With clutch depressed, put road-creep selector in "CREEP".
With the transmission in the "CREEP" mode, machine travel is controlled by the creep speed control lever. To stop the machine return the creep speed control lever to the center/stop position. Depressing the clutch with the transmission in the "CREEP" mode will not effect the machine travel.
Shift transmission to "LOW" range. Elevate cutter from ground. Slowly release clutch pedal to engage clutch. Set hand throttle for maximum engine rpm.
To have full power for all hydraulic functions, always operate engine at full throttle.
Move cutter/auger control lever to maximum rpm. Move the water spray handle to the "ON" position.
Make certain the water spray system has water and that water is flowing through the spray nozzles and the bolt in rear of cutter drive. Lack of water may allow dust and dirt to contaminate the cutter drive and/or cause overheating which will result in cutter drive failure.
Position of spray handle will limit the amount of water spray in cutter box.
Tilt cutter to desired work angle. Use the cutter tilt gauge to determine the cutter angle. Slowly lower cutter to desired depth. Use the cutter depth gauge to determine the cutter depth. Gently move crowd speed/direction control lever forward till desired forward machine speed is reached. (Never operate in reverse while cutting.)
Flying debris. Cutter cover must be securely closed and fastened to prevent possible opening and flying debris resulting injury. Shut down machine before checking cutter bits, removing foreign objects, adjusting, lubricating, fueling or servicing.
Periodically check the cutter charge pressure gauge for normal operating pressures. The cutter system charge pressure should be between 1241 to 1448 kPa (180 to 210 psi).Periodically check the cutter system pressure gauge for normal operating pressures. The cutter system pressure should go between 6895 to 17,237 kPa (1000 and 2500 psi).
Avoid hydraulic failure. Do not exceed 20,685 kPa (3000 psi).
1. Place on front steering mode by moving the steering selector lever up to the "front" position. This allows the front wheels to turn while locking the rear wheels in the position they were in when "front" steering was selected. 2. Place in rear steering mode by moving the steering selector lever down to the "rear" position. This allows the rear wheels to turn while locking the front wheels on the position they were in when "rear" steering was selected.3. Place in the "coordinated steer" as follows. a. Place steering selector in "rear" and turn the steering wheel to full steer. b. Now place steering selector in "front" and turn the steering wheel in the same direction as in section
