If the pin fails at the location shown above (A), replace with the current part and retain the failed pin. To understand the reason for failure, Caterpillar may ask to obtain the pin to be analyzed.Contact your Caterpillar Technical Communicator so that a Service Request can be submitted containing information regarding this problem. Provide the following information when submitting to the Dealer Solution Network (DSN):
Machine application at failure
Part hours at failure
