Information:

For machines with Center-Lock couplers, reinstall the original quick coupler control valve and the solenoid coil. Refer to Step 8 and Step 9 in ""Procedure for Valve Screen Removal (if screens are intact)"".
Perform Special Instruction, REHS5682, "Procedure for Testing & Adjusting the Hydraulic Cylinder for the Center-Lock Coupler". If the cylinder is removed from the coupler for repair or replacement, do not reattach the hydraulic lines to the coupler when reinstalling the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic lines will be looped together later in this procedure to flush the lines.
Remove all the lines from the manifold and remove the manifold from the machine. Remove the 368-8651 Solenoid Valve Gp and solenoid coil from the machine.
Flush the manifold using "Parts Cleaner."

Inline Hydraulic Filter
Install a 373-7804 Filter As. between the C1 port and the hydraulic hose using the appropriate fitting per coupler type. Reconnect all of the hoses.
Replace the 368-8651 Solenoid Valve Gp and o rings. Tighten the valve to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
Reinstall the solenoid coil. Tighten the coil nut to a torque of 9 1.5 N m (80 13 lb in). Leave the coil electrical connector disconnected at this time.

Install plugs (8) in the ports of the center lock cylinder to prevent debris from entering.Flush Procedure
Ensure that all connections have been made. Use the cable straps to keep the lines from being pinched. Start the machine and run at low Idle. Place the Hydraulic Activation Control Lever in the Unlocked position, move the lever to the curl position and stall briefly. Check for leaks.
If there are no leaks, stall in the curl position for 20 cycles, in increments of 10 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
Do not hold this function or any other function stalled for more than 10 seconds. Hydraulic oil is heated rapidly when the oil is channeled through relief valves. Component damage could result.
Stop the engine. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".
Disconnect quick coupler hydraulic lines from looping hardware and reinstall lines on the quick coupler. Restrap lines with cable ties.
Remove and discard the 373-7804 Filter As . Reassemble the hydraulic circuit. Remount the manifold to the machine.
Reconnect the quick coupler solenoid electrical connector.
Start the machine and run at low idle. Place the Hydraulic Activation Control Lever in the Unlocked position, curl the bucket and stall briefly. Check for leaks.
Cycle the quick coupler a minimum of ten times to verify correct operation.Check the System
After the electrical system and the hydraulic system are connected,
