To prevent possible personal injury, do not disconnect any hydraulic lines until all the hydraulic pressure has been released from the system.
1. Open both access doors on the left side of the machine. 2. Drain the hydraulic tank oil into a suitable container.3. Disconnect hose assembly (1). Cap or plug immediately.4. Remove the flow control valve assembly from elbow (4).5. Take the flow control valve assembly to a suitable work bench.6. Remove fitting (3) and elbow from flow control valve (2). The arrow on the flow control valve denotes hydraulic oil flow and must be installed in the same orientation as when removed. For installation of the flow control valve, reverse the removal steps. Apply 5P3413 Pipe Sealant to the threads of the fittings before assembly.
