Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, thoroughly clean all parts in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Do not use wiping cloths or rags to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause trouble. Inspect all parts. If parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision component. Perform assembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the seals, if necessary.

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install check valves (9) on valve body (11), if the valves were previously removed.
Perform the following steps in order to assemble the piston assembly:
Install washers (5) and (7) on the pistons.
Position pistons (3) and spring (6) together. Install bolt (4) and nut (8) .
Install springs (2) and the piston assembly in the valve body.
Install O-ring seal (1) on each of the plugs. Install plugs (10) on valve body (11) .End By: Install the flow divider valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Flow Divider Valve - Install".
