Illustration 1.Because of variations in size, the washer could become lodged in the retainer causing the valve to stick. The 9X-2027 Washer has been replaced by a 103-4725 Shim.
Adaptable To: The new 103-4725 Shim is a direct replacement for the 9X-2027 Washer in the 9T-7363 Control Valve Group used on the D9N (1JD1-Up) Tractors and in 9T-8213 Control Valve Groups used on D10N (2YD1-Up) and D11N (74Z1-Up) Tractors. Older versions of the 9T-7363 and 9T-8213 Control Valve Groups must have the former 9T-8914 Retainer replaced with the new 6E-4432 Retainer (C). The former 9T-8209 Housing is replaced by the new 6E-4492 Housing (A). The former 0S-0509 Bolt is replaced by the longer 0L-1351 Bolt (B). A 103-4725 Shim must be added as shown in Illustration 1.
