Cat data link is an input and an output of the CPC ECM. The data link is used to communicate with other electronic control modules on the machine. The data links allow communication with service tools. The data link is bidirectional. The electronic control modules can send information and the electronic control modules can receive information. The data link is not a visible component. The data link consists of the following:
