Install spring (30) and retainer (28) on retainer (31) .
Compress spring (30). Install detent balls (29) in the proper position. Release the spring compression.

Install O-ring seals (26) and (27) on housing (22) .

Install retainer (25), housing (22), cover (24), and bolts (23). Tighten bolts (23) to a torque of 20 3 N m (15 2 lb ft).

Install the following components on plug (15) : O-ring seal (19), spring (21) and valve (20) .

Install the following components on plug (14) : O-ring seal (16), seal (17), seal (18) and the backup rings.

Install plug (15) in the bulldozer lift control valve. Tighten the plug to a torque of 300 40 N m (220 30 lb ft). Install plug (14). Tighten the plug to a torque of 145 15 N m (105 10 lb ft).

Install detent (12), bolt (13), and the seal. Tighten bolt (13) to a torque of 20 3 N m (15 2 lb ft).

Install retainer (8) and spring (11). Compress spring (11). Install retainer (9) .
Install valve spool (10) in the bulldozer lift control valve.

Install O-ring seals (6) and (7) in housing (5) .

Install housing (5), plate (3), and bolts (4). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 20 3 N m (15 2 lb ft).
Install O-rings (2) on bulldozer lift control valve (1) .
Check the force that is required for a shift of the control valve. Move the valve spool by 10.0 0.5 mm (0.39 0.02 inch). The correct force for movement of the valve spool is 155 25 N (35 6 lb). The valve spool must return to HOLD when the control is released.
