Press down key (14) until "Calibrations" is highlighted on the display screen.
Press OK key (15) .

Press down key (14) until "Vibe Motor Sol" is highlighted on the display screen.

Press OK key (15) in order to begin the calibration.

Move parking brake switch (1) to the ON position.
Move throttle control switch (9) to the HIGH IDLE position.
Move propel mode switch (4) to the PAVE position.

Move vibrator switch (16) on the left instrument panel to the ON position.Note: The parking brake should be in the ON position during this operation.

Squeeze trigger (17), and move propel lever (3) to the FORWARD position.
Press OK key (15) .

Rotate vibrator speed dial (18) on the right screed operator station to the MINIMUM position.
Press OK key (15) .

Rotate vibrator speed dial (18) on the right screed operator panel clockwise until the vibrator just begins to operate.
Press OK key (15) .

Rotate vibrator speed dial (18) on the right screed operator panel clockwise until the speed of the vibrator shaft reaches 3000 300 rpm. Use Tool (A) to measure the speed.

The display should now read "CALIBRATION COMPLETE". Push back key (19) to return to calibration screen.
Push home key (13) in order to exit the calibration screen.
Move propel lever (3) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move vibrator switch (16) on the left instrument panel to the OFF position.
Move throttle control switch (9) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.
After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (10) to the OFF position.
If the machine is equipped with an AS2252C Screed, hold the plate in position and install two bolts (11) and washers.
