This Program must be administered either before or after failure.In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS45936" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The two ladder clips 4P-7429 (under wiring group 459-8206) installed onto the bottom bolts 1A-1460 of the lifting bracket 7N-1751 may result in relaxation and torque reduction of the bolts.

PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Loosen and remove the two bolts 1A-1460 (under 464-0904 Filter GP-Fuel) at the bottom of fuel filter mounting bracket (behind the fuel filter with prime pump).

Cut the cable straps and remove the two ladder clips 4P-7429 from harness 459-8206.

Reinstall the two bolts 1A-1460 and tighten to 105Nm.
Tie the harnesses together with cable strap 7K-1181 to ensure that the harnesses are not in contact with any sharp edge or rubbing against each other.
