Shut down machine.
Prepare one clean container (volume at least above 30L) to store coolant.
Prepare parts list (for one machine repair only).
One hose (2) cut to a length of 2900 mm (114 inch).
One hose (2) cut to a length of 3150 mm (124 inch).
Strap cable (1), quantity 2.Rework Procedure
Recover the coolant, around 30 L (31.7 qt), and store in the container.
Remove the old hoses.Note: Retain the hardware for installation of the new hoses.

Using hose (2) cut to 3150 mm (124 inch). Install one end to the engine at connection (A). Route the hose as previous hose was routed. Connect the other end to connection (C). Use the previously removed clamps at each hose end.
Using hose (2) cut to 2900 mm (114 inch). Install one end to the engine at connection (B). Route the hose as previous hose was routed. Connect the other end to connection (D). Use the previously removed clamps at each hose end.
Use the hardware previously removed to secure the new hoses (2). Install straps (1) in the locations the previous straps were.
Fill the coolant from the container to the machine.
