Install plate (4) on to rib (C) surface against plate (3) with side surface in-line with rib (C) bend lines. Refer to Illustration 33.

Install plate (2) on bottom and against plate (10) as shown in Illustration 37 and Illustration 38.
Use the weld specifications in Illustration 37 and Illustration 38 in order to weld plate (2) into position.

Using the dimensions in Illustration 39 measure and mark rib (F) in-line with the front wall plate edge profile.
Cut rib (F) at a 45 degree angle with respect to the sidewall base plate (angled rearwards).
Perform weld repairs on any cracks that are present on the sidewall base plate. Inspect repairs using dye penetrant inspection (PT).

Install plate (8) against the new cut profile on rib (F) and on the sidewall base plate as shown in Illustration 40 and Illustration 41.
Use the weld specifications in Illustration 40 and Illustration 41 in order to weld plate (8) into position.

Use an appropriate lifting device and install body assembly (A) to approximate weight of body assembly (A) is 37000 kg (81570 lb). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, UENR1074, "789D and 789D XQ Off-Highway Trucks Machine Systems", "Body and Canopy - Remove and Install".
