ACTION REQUIRED
1. Test the air conditioning blower motor functions correctly. Refer to M0064226, Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Heater and Air Conditioning On/Off Switch" and "Fan Control", for more information.
2. Test the evaporator coil functions correctly. Refer to M0064226, Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Heater and Air Conditioning On/Off Switch" and "Temperature Control", for more information.
3. Inspect clean air filter, ensure this is not clogged and/or damaged, and seated correctly. Refer to M0064226, Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cab Air Filter - Clean/Replace", for more information.
4. Inspect cab recirculation filter, ensure this is not clogged and/or damaged, and seated correctly.
Note: The cab recirculation filter is located on the cab LHS behind the storage box. Refer to Image1.
5. In the event of failure, replace the 275-3990 Blower Assembly, 270-9018 Air Filter and 313-2458 Air Filter with the same part number and clean the evaporator coil.
6. If there is a failure, provide the information of the failure through the CPI Feedback in the Service Information Management System (SIMS) referencing CPI number 392354.

Note: $100 US Dollars is allowed for After Failure repairs (for additional parts (sealant, caulk, etc.) which may be required to complete the repair).
