Radiator and fan and adapter were removed from the machine for photo purposes only.1. Remove bolts (1). Remove pulley (2) from the vibration damper. 2. Remove bolts (3). Use two persons to remove vibration damper (5) from the adapter. The weight of the vibration damper is 39 kg (85 lb). If necessary, turn bolts (4) so the inside diameter of the vibration damper will not make contact with them when it is removed.Install Vibration Damper And Pulley
1. Use two persons to put vibration damper (1) in position on the adapter. Install the bolts that hold it. Tighten to a torque of 135 15N m (100 11 lb ft). 2. Install pulley (2) on the vibration damper.
