1. Use a 50 ton screw jack to lift the front of the truck until most of the weight is removed from the wheels. Put tool (A) under the frame to support the machine.2. Remove the nuts and washers except for two (180 degrees apart) that hold the tire and rim in position.3. Put a lift truck in position under the tire and rims as shown. Fasten the tire and rim to the lift truck as shown.4. Remove the remainder of the nuts and washers from the tire and rim. Remove tire and rim (1). Weight is 826 kg (1825 lb). For installation, do the above steps in the reverse order.5. Tighten the nuts that hold the tire and rim in position to a torque of 1210 55 N m (890 40 lb ft).
