Attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler core. The weight of the aftercooler is approximately 60 kg (132 lb). Position the aftercooler core in the machine.

View from left hand side of engine
On the left hand side of the aftercooler core, install the mounting bolts (6). There are two mounting bolts per side of the aftercooler core.

View from RH side of engine
On the right hand side of the aftercooler core, install the mounting bolts (7).
Once aftercooler core is positioned correctly, tighten all mounting bolts.

Connect the tubes that are located on left hand side of engine. Tighten the hose clamps (5).

Install the tube (4) on the top of the aftercooler core (2).
Secure the tube (4) with clamps (1) and (3). End By:
Install the radiator cowling. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cowling (Radiator) - Remove and Install".
Remove the body retaining pin. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, SENR1584, "Retaining Ring and Pin (Body) - Remove and Install".
