REMANUFACTURED CYLINDER HEADS FOR ALL G3400 APPLICATIONS
Announcement
Reman Division is pleased to introduce Cat Reman G3400 heads as a lower cost cylinder head option for 3400 gas engines rebuilding. The recently released head groups (G3406, G3408 and G3412) use remanufactured head casting and remanufactured intake valves. All other components are new to meet Caterpillar?s standard for top performance. One recent quality improvement on G3406 heads is use of Cast Iron valve guides, which provides better oil flow and therefore, better wear properties as compared to powdered metal guides. These heads will compliment the current UTN cylinder head offerings.

Also refer to other CMIS 2 inquiry applications such as Customer Profiles, Inspection Reason Codes, Inspection Line Inquiry, Add Charge Information, Entitlement Activity, Entitlement Inquiry, CCR Inquiry, CCR Entry, Shipment Processing; Process Packaging Grief; and Reporting to properly manage core returns and monitor inspection performance. This information will be available to all dealers worldwide after your CMIS 2 conversion date.
